How long does shipping take?

Our global network of warehouses lets us dispatch your order from the closest location, using trusted couriers to get it to you quickly and safely.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged and  defective itemsas well as orders where the incorrect quantity/item was received.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, and most come complete with all/any accessories provided as well as the original packaging.

Yes, all Ridgeback products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
